Nevertheless, Trouxa Bicla proceeds with the registration and processing of data in a safe way, preventing its loss or manipulation, using as the most improved techniques for this purpose. The information even though the capture in an open network allows the circulation of personal data without security conditions, the execution or the risk of being seen and used by unused third parties.

SALE CONDITIONS
The announced prices already include VAT at the legal rate and other taxes and fees due for Portugal.
Orders will be delivered by CTT, with the customer being informed prior to finalizing the order of shipping and delivery costs. If you are not present at the time of delivery of the order, you will be left with a notice to be able to pick up the products at the post office closest to you. These products must be picked up within 3 working days after attempting home delivery. It is essential that you accompany your C.C. for any order pickup. Along with your order, you can find the respective invoice related to your purchase.
Trouxa Bicla will ship orders within a maximum period of 5 days and cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from external factors or force majeure.
Orders sent to countries outside the European Community may include taxes, customs and customs duties and other fees not provided for in the final price, being the sole responsibility of the customer. Please inquire with the competent authorities of your country for more information about import costs. Valid prices except for error or stock break.
Trouxa Bicla reserves the right to change prices and / or characteristics of products and services without prior notice. The registration and use of the services offered on this website assume the acceptance of these conditions of use.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The customer has a period of 14 days after the date of receiving the product to proceed with the return of the goods, not needing to justify said return, and to be refunded of the value of the same, excluding transport expenses. Returns of goods will only be accepted as long as they do not show signs of use, are in perfect condition and accompanied by the original packaging, accessories and other offers and with the respective tamper-evident seals intact and upon presentation of the respective invoice. Trouxa Bicla will proceed with the corresponding refund within a maximum period of 30 days.
New products sold by Trouxa Bicla enjoy a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Orders purchased at the online store can still be collected at our store, in which case there is no cost for postage or packaging.
RENT A BIKE
CITY BIKE
The bicycle rental costs 3,5€ per hour for a minimum of 2 hours and it is subject to a deposit of 50€ in cash. The amount of the deposit will be refunded to the customer upon the return of the bicycle if it is found in the same conditions in which it was delivered to the customer. From the 4rth hour, is applied the full day price, with a fixed value of 14€.
MOUNTAIN BIKE
The bicycle rental costs 6€ per hour for a minimum of 2 hours and it is subject to a deposit of 75€. The amount of the deposit will be refunded to the customer upon the return of the bicycle if it is found in the same conditions in which it was delivered to the customer. From the 4rth hour, is applied the full day price, with a fixed value of 24€.
The rental can only be made to people over 18 years old and upon presentation of an ID card or other document with photo. Groups of more than 4 people are subject to the reservation of the bicycles with at least 24 hours in advance by email at trouxabicla@gmail.com or by phone at +351 926 801 852.
All rentals include a helmet per person and a lock, which you are required to use.
We suggest that you comply with all the road traffic rules.
